QV is situated on the corner of Swanston and Lonsdale Streets.
The QV shopping centre is a base for necessities, with a supermarket, Big W (budget department store), Dan Murphy's (large bottle shop), Office Works (business supplies), Asian groceries, Hervey Norman (Home and electronics) and a Chemist. There is a large food court to provide for the lunchtime rush as well as excellent restaurant dining choices for lunches and evenings.
There are many boutique stores to wander around and explore on multiple levels.
Melbournes GPO
Located on the corner of Bourke St. and Elizerbeth St.
Melbourne's GPO, Is an upmarket boutique retail centre. Housing some of Melbourne's biggest names in fashion, the GPO really is an experience when you walk through the majestic doors of Melbourne's old Post Office. Nestled on the corner of Elizabeth and Bourke St., it is a refreshing break as you step inside the charm of this elegant old restored building. If you have visited once before, check it out again, as there are always changes to the interior.
Australia On Collins

This is a slightly older building and is mostly for the ladies with many Fashion and beauty shops scattered throughout the complex as well a large Lincraft (fabric and craft) store at the rear.
The basement food court is also busy during the lunchtime rush.
Southgates Art and Leisure Precinct

This area is mostly restaurants but there are a few quirky and fashion shops dotted through the two levels of the building.
